No reservations are required. 


Your time at Master Sauna will require very few personal belongings. We recommend bringing a comfortable bathing suit (optional on Women's and Men's Days), flip-flops, and, if you like, your own food!


No. You are welcome to enjoy our facilities for as long as you wish during our open hours.


  • Our schedule is subject to change without notice.
  • Towels, robe and a locker are provided. Guests may bring a robe. 
  • Glass containers or bottles are not permitted outside the main shared lounge area. If you are bringing your own reusable water bottle, please ensure it is made of either plastic or metal.
  • Bathing suits are optional on Women's and Men's Days. Sandals are recommended.
  • We provide all guests with a lock to secure belongings. Master Sauna is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property.
  • Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without reimbursement if they do not comply.
  • For sanitary purposes, please use a towel when sitting in our dry saunas. We also ask that you shower before and after entering any of our pools.
  • Masks are not mandatory


You may bring your own snacks. 

Packaged snacks and drinks are also available on-site. You may order-in hot and fresh food from a variety of tasty restaurants in the plaza or nearby. Czechvar beer is also available on tap for purchase. 


The traditional sauna experience involves alternating between hot and cold. This may not be suitable for those suffering from high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or cardiac arrhythmia. 

Hot tub and saunas are not recommended during pregnancy. Please inform us if you are pregnant as some restrictions may apply. 

Note that intense heat can damage the anti-glare coating on glasses.


We love to see our guests enjoying the beauty of our spas and posting on social media! If you are documenting your experience with us, we ask you to respect the privacy of our staff and other guests and refrain from having them in any photos or videos.

Master Sauna is a family friendly spa and welcomes guests of all ages. However, children under the age of 10 must be accompanied or supervised by a parent or guardian over the age of 16 while using the Swimming Pool and Whirlpool at all times.

Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 while using the Steam Room and Saunas at all times.


Master Sauna continues to comply with provincial legislation and health guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, their families, and our local community.

Due to the evolving nature of the pandemic, Master Sauna's protocols and guidelines may be updated. Please read this information in advance of your visit.


Our cleaning and disinfection protocol have always exceeded the requirements of health authorities. Every day operations prioritizes water safety and sanitizing of the high traffic areas. 

In addition to regular cleaning, new disinfection procedures have been added to increase the sanitation of frequently touched surfaces such as lockers, seating, door handles, and handrails.
